China Boat has been opened since 1991. This family owned restaurant has been a local and tourist favorite ever since. We offer the most authentic Chinese Cuisine you can possibly find on the island of Maui. We have been voted the best Chinese restaurant several years in a row in Maui News. Our food is prepared with the freshest ingredients, offering flavors of Mandarin and Szechwan cuisine. In 2006 we opened our sister restaurant, China Bowl near the famous Kannapali Beach.
